Fraud levels are rising, yet customers expect seamless user experiences on digital platforms…
At the Future Identity Festival, we were joined by Anne-Lise Amiot, Head of Product Management at Tide, who is responsible for all things identity, access management, and onboarding for the leading business finance platform.
Anne-Lise discussed finding the right balance of friction and ease in customer onboarding to prevent fraud, while making sure to not sacrifice the customer experience. She emphasised the need for different solutions at different points in the user journey to align with the psychology of the customer, and how this helps prevent fraud.
In essence, fraudsters have an impressive understanding of customer (human) behaviour and that needs to be matched by equally strong knowledge on the provider side.
Listen to the full interview below to hear more insights from Anne-Lise and how to best leverage technology and cutting edge solutions to best protect customers and providers from fast moving fraudsters.
