What is the Future Identity Festival event?

The Future Identity Festival, taking place on 9th – 10th November 2026 at The Brewery, London, is where digital identity, fraud, access management, and security take centre stage.

Bringing together 2,500+ C-suite executives, founders, and technology leaders from financial services, government, healthcare, retail, travel and more, the festival explores the technologies threats and strategies shaping the future of trust. How do I get to the event?

The Future Identity Festival is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest tube stations are Barbican and Moorgate – just a 5-minute walk away. Farringdon (Underground) and Liverpool Street (Underground and National Rail) are also within a 10–15 minute walk. What is the VIP Hosted Meetings Programme?

The VIP Hosted Meetings Programme is designed to connect those looking for new technology or partners to meet the businesses providing those services. Our hosted meetings team will generate meetings based on your preferences and pre-schedule only the most relevant meetings for you.

How does it work?

Apply & align:
Submit your application and meet with our hosted meetings team to kick off onboarding. We’ll deep-dive into your priorities, current initiatives, and the types of partners you want to meet, ensuring we fully understand where you’re looking to create value.

Set your preferences:
Browse the pre-qualified technology partners and select who you’re most interested in meeting. At the same time, partners review your profile. All Meetings are confirmed through a double-opt-in process. If both sides agree, the meeting goes ahead.

Get your schedule:
Once preferences are locked, we build your personalised meeting schedule. You’ll receive a fully confirmed agenda ahead of the event with dedicated meeting slots and no clashes.

Meet at the event:
Join us in London for a series of focused, high-value meetings. Your day is structured with dedicated meeting sessions, alongside time for networking and VIP experiences. No cold outreach. No irrelevant conversations.

Follow up & claim expenses:
After the event, continue conversations with your new partners and track outcomes. Submit your travel reimbursement documents post-event to claim your expenses.

Can I be a hosted meetings participant?

VIP Hosted Meetings Passes are available for senior decision makers responsible for buying or evaluating technology and other solutions for their company. Eligible company types include: banks, financial institutions; retailers, e-commerce firms, brands and platform marketplaces; esports, gaming and gambling businesses; entertainment and broadcasting businesses; travel, transportation, and delivery services; social media platforms; e-health and healthcare providers.

Excludes individuals from sales, relationship or commercial teams and organisations with a BaaS, payments or funding advisory value proposition. View the T&Cs here.

How will I know if my registration is approved?

We’ll check your registration and let you know via email if you have been approved as a hosted meetings participant. If you don’t meet our qualifying criteria, you can register for one of our Rockstar passes instead.

How are appointments made?

We’ll check your registration and let you know via email if you have been approved as a hosted meetings participant. If you don’t meet our qualifying criteria, you can register for one of our Rockstar passes instead.Ahead of the event, all participants will be invited to select companies they would like to meet with. Your meetings are generated based on the preferences you make, to ensure only the highest quality and most relevant meetings are scheduled.

Where and when are the meetings?

The meetings will be 15 minutes long and held between 10:30am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm on both event days (9th – 10th November 2026) in the hosted meetings lounge.

What does double opt-in mean?

Double opt-in means that both parties agree to the meeting, so we will only schedule meetings where both you and the event partner have agreed to meet.

What is my commitment?

VIP Hosted Rockstars must commit to making appointments with our event partners via the VIP Hosted Meetings Programme. We ask that you come to the event ready to meet with new potential partners. You must attend onsite meetings with participating sponsors, determined by a double opt-in process and complete the post-event survey.

What is the deadline to apply for the VIP Hosted Meetings Programme?

The deadline to apply is Thursday, 1st October 2026.

How can I spend my time?

Participants are free to attend content sessions and network on the exhibition floor around their schedule of meetings.

How do I get reimbursed?

You will be reimbursed following attendance at all hosted meetings, completing the feedback form providing an evaluation of each meeting, completion of the reimbursement form and submission of receipts. The deadline for the form and receipt submissions is Wednesday, 18th November 2026.

What happens if I don’t attend my meetings?

If you attend the event but do not complete your scheduled meetings, you will not receive any reimbursement, we reserve the right to invoice your company for £2,399 + VAT for the event ticket as per the authorisation you agree to, and you may also be excluded from qualifying for the event in future years.

What happens if I can no longer attend the Festival?

If you are approved for the VIP Hosted Meetings Programme but are unable to participate even though you are still with your organisation, you must agree to suggest one or more substitutes from your organisation as your replacement for the programme. Acceptance of any substitute is subject to prior approval via email.
