What is the VIP Hosted Meetings Programme at the Future Identity Festival 2025?

The VIP Hosted Meetings Programme connects senior buyers with event partners through carefully matched, double opt-in 1:1 meetings. 

By ensuring participants meet only the most relevant partners and buyers – the programme makes it easy for organisations to identify solutions and opportunities that truly align with their needs – saving time, effort, and resources. 

Taking place across both days at the Future Identity Festival (10th – 11th November at The Brewery, London) the leading programme also includes a range of exclusive VIP benefits for buyers.  

How it works – step by step 

  1. Onboarding: The programme starts by the VC Innovations team identifying and selecting buyers with significant purchasing power and specific needs relevant to event partners. This ensures that meetings are arranged between individuals with a true interest in meaningful connections. Buyers gain the opportunity to discover products and services that address their specific challenges, whilst partners meet decision-makers who are actively seeking solutions.
  2. Targeted matching: Both buyers and partners select the individuals they want to meet on the hosted platform, using the detailed information provided to make their selections.
  3. Pre-scheduled meetings: Once buyers and partners are matched, meetings are then scheduled for the days of the event and are added to the networking app. Meetings then take place onsite in a private lounge.

Who’s eligible? 

Passes are reserved for senior decision-makers responsible for sourcing or purchasing technology and solutions within their organisations. This includes representatives from: 

  • Banks & financial institutions 
  • Retailers & e-commerce platforms 
  • Marketplaces 
  • Gaming & entertainment 
  • Travel, transport & delivery services 
  • Social media 
  • Healthcare providers 

Please note: individuals from sales or commercial teams, or from businesses offering BaaS, payments, or funding advisory services, are not eligible.
