Fresh from the Future Identity stage, we sat down with Surash Patel, VP EMEA at TeleSign, a global provider of phone number, SMS and identity verification APIs. “We protect, defend and connect consumers to the brands they love and help brands optimise the onboarding experience,” Surash tells us.
Surash highlights a trend across today’s online world whereby many brands today are struggling to onboard consumers in a safe way whilst not loosing people in the process. “For the online world to be safe, we need continuous trust,” he explains.
